| MouseKeyDo™
Classes are offered for adults. Focus of class is teaching alternative
keyboard, mouse, and laptop techniques to help prevent, computer-related
injuries. Classes are open to those with or without symptoms, as
long as the student can tolerate using the computer for short intervals
over 1-2 hours.
The class is a total of 4 hours, divided into 2 sessions, and the
cost is $95 for both sessions. Maximum of 8 students. Certificate
of completion will be given to all participants at the end of the
training.
Classes are taught by Ingrid Wade, an Occupational Therapist who
specializes in Hand Therapy, and has practiced in Silicon Valley
for the past 20 years. She is trained in the MouseKeyDo™
system, devised by Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist,
Norman Kahan, M.D. She includes techniques taught in the MouseKeyDo™
program in these classes.
