Stretch,Strengthen and Balance

Our Stretch, Strengthen and Balance sessions are designed to help you move with greater confidence, stability, and ease. These one-on-one sessions focus on improving balance, flexibility, and functional strength, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply looking to move better in daily life. 

​

What makes our approach unique is our use of the Solo Step overhead support system, which allows us to safely challenge your movement without the risk of falling. This body-weight support system gives you the freedom to practice walking, balance drills, and strengthening exercises—even if you’ve been hesitant to move due to fear of instability. It’s especially helpful for older adults, people recovering from neurological or orthopedic conditions, and anyone working on regaining confidence in their movement.

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include:

  • Assisted stretching 

  • Core activation and stability training

  • Postural alignment and movement pattern correction

  • Balance and coordination exercises

  • Functional strengthening for everyday tasks

 

Rather than forcing your body into rigid routines, we meet you where you are and support you through each movement with skilled hands-on guidance. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your body, improve how you move, and feel stronger and more secure—both inside and out.
